MDB aka Matt Berger is lead guitarist and co-song writer in the band, Destructive Playthings. A multi instrumentalist he also plays keyboards, clarinet, sax, drums, and bass. Since the age of 15 he's played in rock bands across Chicago land- most recently his band 1350cc- who gigged at the House of Blues, The Double Door, and the Elbo Room. MDB lives and breathes music 24/7. During the day, he doubles as an audio engineer at an advertising agency. When he is not working he can usually be interupted during a jam session, reading an Anne Rice novel, or watching a movie.Matt loves great rock n roll, and sushi rolls. He considers Slash to be king of guitar players.
