I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Hillary Rocks!
Kia Ora,Among other things I am a photographer and a flimmaker. When it's for pay I mainly photograph children, corporate events, private parties, fashion events, or weddings.I grew up on a Kansas farm and escaped in my middle teens with a scholarship. I moved to Auckland, New Zealand where I lived with the Hansen family in Mt. Eden and attended Auckland Boys' Grammar School. I fell in love with Auckland and it's people and have had mild disdain for my homeland ever since--no offence.I attended KU until my Junior year and went on to receive a degree in Mass Media Communications from UMKC. I immediately left for a few years in Southern California and returned to Kansas City where I have remained, for the time being, rooted in the Midwest.I am a wonderer and dreamer, adventurous and world wise. I am empathetic, compassionate, generous, highly responsive, excitable, and enthusiastic about sensation and experience. My friends know me to be lively, vivacious, eager, spontaneous, cheerful, and multi-talented.Notably I am seemingly in constant activity unless reading or sleeping. I have a tendency toward storytelling, flamboyant exaggerations, witty wisecracking, and performing. I am generally happy to listen and equally happy to describe the value of what others may find hard to appreciate.Optimally I am joyful and really only sad about the finality of it all and I hold an inexhaustible supply of affection.I think that in beauty a memory of divinity remains and I see beauty everywhere.Arohanui.
