Although I prefer to be called Ron, my real name is Charles. My parents decided to call me Ron, so I wouldn't be nicknamed Chuck.I retired from the United States Air Force. My occupation in the military was an aircraft armament system technician - in simple terms I loaded bombs on airplanes, a bombloader. I worked on B-52's, F-16's, F-4's, and OV-10's. I have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing but I've never been good at selling things. So, when I was getting close to retirement I decided to look for a job that didn't require selling stuff. Hmmm--- what about teaching? I started my Masters Program in Elementary Education and graduated in November 2005.I live on the westside of Phoenix in Glendale near 83rd Ave and Glendale Ave. I was married for 13 years but I have no children. I have a small family with 2 sisters, a few nieces and nephews, a couple of aunts and uncles who are in there 80's, and a spattering of cousins. They all live in Texas. I've been divorced since 2000.I like pets and I used to have a Siamese cat named Skittles. One gal that I dated was allergic to cats, so I shipped Skittles to older sister in Texas. Funny how after I got rid of the cat, she dumped me. She thought I was getting to serious because I got rid of the cat. Agggggh!I love the ocean and snow in the mountains. My favorite pastime is watch horses run around the racetrack. I also enjoy Nascar racing only if #12 Ryan Newman is doing well.
