About Me

I'm awesome. What more do you need to know?Alright. Still not convinced? I recently made a mix CD that included 50 Cent, The Scorpions, Hot Chip, and the B52s...all on the same CD, with no hesitation whatsoever. If that's not awesome, then I don't know what is.Other than that, I like sweatshirts, especially if they're royal blue (subtle school advertisement). I like it when people smell like a shower. S'mores poptarts are insane. MyGen Profile Generator

My Interests

I spell pretty much everything correctly. I'm what you may call a spelling and grammar nazi. I'm one of those people who actually write to cnn.com when there's a grammatical error on their site. I hate it when people say and spell "mischievous" wrong, which most people do, yourself included, most likely. If you have any spelling issues, I'm your girl. I really want to be on "Pimp My Ride" so I can be the hundredth person to say that I have a brand new outlook on life and new-found motivation to accomplish any goal simply because my car has flames on the sides of it and an X-Box in the trunk now. Other than that, I love anything to do with music. I enjoy aquatic exercise of any kind. I'm currently in the process of learning how to knit, and I also like baking stuff. Oh yes, and my hobbies include money laundering, petty theft, and public intoxication. I also really like odfiorkdodds.

The Best Website Ever.

I'd like to meet:

People who are good at math, so that they can answer any math questions that life may throw at me; people who like to watch bad movies and make fun of them; musicians (unless you're just going to sit there and tell me how you are superior to other people because you have a "deeper understanding"); guys who play the guitar and can now look back and laugh at the days when they thought that playing Extreme's "More Than Words" made them both a certified bad-ass and a ladies man; anyone who hates the show "Viva La Bam"; Abram and "The Miz" from MTV...actually, though, I'm on here to stay connected with friends, or to re-connect with friends...I actually know and/or have a real-life connection with every person on my list. Yeah.

Simple Things.

There are some days when I wake up and life is perfect. Today was one of those days. I awoke to a cool breeze blowing through my window, and looked out over the Willamette River to view a grey, misty ...

I try.

So this marks my 28th year on this earth. As I look back at the past, I realize that I've made some mistakes, but I also see some accomplishments. I realize that I can't be everything to everyone. I h...

Sporkle!

So I had an idea a few months back to make pork-flavored popsicles, aptly named "porksicles." From the looks of it, I should jump on this now, because it appears that pork flavoring is going to be the...

My Conservatism Rant

Warning...I say things that some people don't like. Don't sue me. Kthx. Okay. So today, CNN had a story about a Conservative Christian group that was mad at Warren Buffett. Why, you ask? Because, out...

Anyone sick of celebrities?

Because I am. Seriously. What I don't understand is all these celebrities who do "benefit" concerts and appearances. Wow. How generous of you. You play, sing, or speak for free, while guilting the co...

And so...

...I just got back from taking the hardest final of my life. It was as if I was expected to have memorized the entire textbook. Ridiculous. I think I did well, though. Everyone else in my class seemed...

I went to the dentist again on Tuesday. A different dentist and hygienist this time. My dentist looks like Jessica Simpson. True story. My hygienist rested her breasts on my cheek the entire time. It ...

I hate drivers: Part deux

So... A few nights back, I was driving, Greg in the passenger seat, when, low and behold, a firetruck, sirens blaring, lights flashing, came up the hill towards us. Now, I did not have time to pull ov...

My weird day...

...so yesterday, I went to the dentist. My hygienist put me in the chair, put the drool-bib on me, and took a boombox (I love that word) out of the cabinet. She then put a tape in, and someone started...
