Living, Loving, life in general. Reading, RPG's (paper and dice), video games, space. I know a little about a lot. ^_^

(What am I listening to right now? Techno remixes of old 50's and 60's songs.
Again too numerous. I prefer comedies over just about any other Genre though. So instead of keeping listed the same titles that everyone else has, here is what I have seen recently that I liked.Bourne Supremacy Dr. Strange (DVD) Robotech: Shadow Chronicles (yes, I watched it again)
Currently watching: Wow, there has not been much to watch lately. Doctor Who (my favorite of current shows with new episodes), Flash Gordon (which would be a decent sci-fi show if it wasn't called Flash Gordon), Who Wants to be a Superhero (I blame Damian) and NCIS.As far as DVDs go, I have recently watched Firefly again, because it truly is that good, and Season 3 of Forever Knight.
If you combined my entire cd collection, DVD collection, anime collection and video game collection together it still wouldn't come close to the amount of books that I have read. Needless to say I enjoy reading. I have my moods. Some months it is a textbook or two, some months a fantasy novel or sometimes just a role-playing game. Some of my favorite books have been 'The 80 Ancient Wonders of the World' and 'The Almanac of the Ancient World'. Studies on where legends are born are also an interest to me. One of my favorite theories right now is that Antarctica is Atlantis. (That's not to say I believe we will find space ships there or anything but an advanced culture as compared to our Ancient ones perhaps.) Several of our ancient cultures have recorded in their histories and lore that travelers from afar in white robes visited them. Afterwards their cultures advanced with what they learned. While I will not jump to the conclusion that this had to be some ancient alien race who seeded the galaxy, I do believe that there could have been a seafaring group ahead of the rest of the cultures willing to travel and teach other cultures what they knew. hmmm, got off topic there didn't I? ____________________________________________________________ ___Favorite Book: Sir Gawainne and the Green Knight Favorite RPG: HERO system. (You can do anything with it.) Favorite RPG Setting: Dragonlance with Rifts right on its heels.
My friends and best friends are my heroes. Anyone willing to do the right thing even when it isn't popular. Anyone willing to risk their life for another when the chips are down. My folks. My brother. ____________________________________________________________ ____Believe it or not, I also have a number of fictional heroes. Although they are not real, it doesn't really lessen the morals that they teach. (Perhaps this means the writers and artists are the real heroes...not sure.)
