Tobias Buenter aka Kim & Jim is mixing and working with video since 1999. For his videoperformances he uses self- produced clips as well as all kind of videomaterial he can get. The result is a unique, mostly dark mix. Next to the use of videoclips he also likes to play with a videocamera, different kinds of lights and monitors to create strange effects and feedbacks. Since 2003 he's often playing with Roman Pfaffenlehners "Krankenzimmer 204" and Jet Turino and is the resident vj for "Kranke Musik für Kranke Leute" (sick music for sick people), a regualer event for experimental electronic music which takes place at "Sedel" lucerne. From 2003 til 2005 he was a member of the "colectivo", a group of musicians and visual artists, which organised regualar concerts. The "colectivo" was a plattform for musical and visual experiments. In july 2005 it was burried with a big event. since 2006 he is the resident-vj for hotbox drum n bass parties by redring and is a regualer guest-vj at darkside-drum n bass which takes place at dachstock, bern.M.
