Rather then blabbering about countless little things as most people do, and who most of the time just list things that may barely come to mind or that may make them "SEEM" more interesting, I'll try to boil it down to things I am actively thinking about and/or pursuing.
First and foremost, I am starting to enjoy this life and am oddly excited about more things then I can name here. This may sound a bit corny to most people but for a person such as myself, with my history, it’s a night and day difference. I’m excited about “ACTUALLY†crossing things off of my “I should give that a try†list.
Second would be my passion for art and creativity. This has not only become my embrace for life but has also become the focal point of my main goals. Even though I have only been at this for a short while, I am extremely excited about the potential I have found in myself. Currently, I am starting to network with other artists and looking for new opportunities to display and sell my art in galleries. I am also trying to learn many new techniques and mediums that will evolve my art.
Thirdly, I want to meet a bunch of new people. As an Aspie I have a tendency to keep to myself and I want to change this. I'm looking forward to meeting all sorts of people.... artists, new friends, people to be inspired by, people who are fun to just hang out with, and girls who would like to be close but who are not set on a "relationship" in a serious sense. I have too much too much going on, to learn about myself, to pursue, and to get done to be slowed down by some of the strings that go along with serious relationships.
I’m sure more things will come up and when they do I’ll try to update this.

Sure... I'll say I love music as most people do, however the music I like happens to be "GOOD". I understand that "good" is a subjective term and can be viewed by many perspectives, but none-the-less I will hold my ground with the opinion that some music is fundamentally different, has something that most music dose not, and has a reason for existing other than lining the pockets of record companies and radio stations with gold. Good music needs to be able to move you, needs to stand out as defined and unique, needs to have something to say, needs to be offensive at times, needs to challenge previous assumptions, needs to step outside of what is “safeâ€, needs to not fit into a corporate package, needs to make you dance, needs to calm the soul, needs to be good today and 10-20-30-100 years from now, and above all else it needs to stand on its own merits rather then just fitting into what’s popular at the moment.
I almost never watch tv unless I happen to be in a room when someone else is already watching it. I don't even own an antenna so my tv is just for movies and games. However, If I had to choose something to watch it would end up being something interesting such as science, history, design, art, etc.... Almost everything else in my opinion is cheap, pointless, mind-numbing, drivel that is nothing more than a way to pass time between commercials being shoved down my throat. I do like a good comedy though.... The Kids in the Hall, Family Guy, and the Adult Swim shows are some of the best. Oh! on the topic of Adult Swim I have been known to dig into a few select Anime..... Cowboy Bebop is the king of all and Tri-gun is pretty good also.
I don't have any one person that is a hero to me. However there are people or elements of people’s lives that I greatly respect. Some of those would be; People who have lived through something truly testing or tragic and they have climbed above and grown to improve as a person. People who are currently going through trying times in their life and who don't give up and who never stop trying to learn from what is happening. I respect people who genuinely care for others and who are willing to make selfless sacrifices for others. I also greatly respect an independent person who does not tailor who they are to what they think others expect of them, but rather who respect themselves for how things are. People who are willing to look at themselves honestly for what they are and take the good with the bad. This DOES NOT include those secretly insecure people who, as a self defense, take the position of “ this is who I am so deal with it or fuck off â€. People who take that stand are sad, very very sad.
