i'm interested in anything to do with art or language ... i love meeting creative people, people who speak different languages, people with interesting things to say.
i get up early every morning to practice ashtanga yoga, but lately i feel like i don't have much to say about the practice. it's a very important part of my life, and i feel like it gives me huge benefits ... but maybe after close to 10 years, it's settled into this groove where i don't think about it much. i just get up and move through it.
it has become much less of a body practice, and much more of a spiritual practice. please don't ask me about how to twist or contort into a pose, how to do a jump-through or anything like that. i'm much more interested in becoming aware of your breath and learning how to incorporate it into your practice and your life.
