About Me

I am a Christian, first and foremost. I am also a musician. I choose to play in worship teams and Christian bands for the sake of glorifying God's holy name and serving Him with the gifts He has given me. I choose to praise God through music because the Bible says so. "Make songs of praise to the Lord; make melody to our God with instruments of music." (Psalms 147:7) I choose to worthily magnify Christ with music because it can help other Christians deepen their worship experience and strengthen their faith. I choose to rock for the One who is the Rock because it is in my soul. I have been making music in church since I was old enough to sing. Whether it was with a choir or in a church musical, whether it was crankin' out some rock guitar or doing an instrumental duet with an oboe, I was acting as a faithful servant and a follower of Christ. My life is completely dedicated to music ministry.

My Interests

Collecting rare vinyl record albums and VHS tapes. Collecting swords, daggers, knives, and other assorted blades. Reading. Long walks. Canada. Alaska. Switzerland. Music. Computers.

I'd like to meet:

A wonderful woman with whom I can share my life. Someone to hang out with, spend time with. A woman who enjoys listening to records, watching movies, eating popsicles, and making out.

Christian pop and rock. Heavy guitar bands like Guardian and Stryper. Radio pop acts like Parachute Band and Avalon. Vocal groups like 4Him and Point of Grace. Strong male solo artists like Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W. Smith. Strong female artists like Crystal Lewis and Twyla Paris. Classic stand-bys like Petra and DeGarmo & Key.

Movies:

Science fiction, science fantasy. Animation. Horror. Comedy. "Superman". "Back to the Future". "A Nightmare on Elm Street". "Selena". "NeverEnding Story".

Television:

Man, what a waste of time.

Books:

1940's and 1950's science fiction. Poetry books from the 1960's and 1970's. 1980's and early 1990's young adult fiction.

Heroes:

Jesus Christ. Freddie Mercury.
