I am trying to waken the earths' energies flow of revolutionary spirits of Che's, Lebron's and young lords, and be possessed by the writing technique's of Alvarez, Burgos and Pietri. Be that voice of unspoken fallen heros who never got a chance to shine. Damnit..... I'm tryin to make a change. I'm trying to change. Leaving my footprints on this earth so one day my children can have the opportunity to decide to continue the prints or leave them. I've successfully started a non profit organization that helps my other extended children in africa go to school, get clothes, food... yes my other children. If I was ever gonna start the change it had to be where everything started. Africa. My white skin gives fact that it to is the product of master raping his slaves....Yes! I'll be the first to say it. I am black and boricua. Family is from St. Thomas and Puerto Rico.... So I am helping one side of my heritage on to my next. QUE VIVA BORIQUEN. Since I been in the poetry scene I noticed that my peoples are HIGHLY under represented so there goes my head thinkin again... and I said you know what... let me start this group. So I started an all latino poetry group named GRITO DE POETAS. WHY? because man Life is about evolving..... Who wants to leave this earth with bad karma? Now back 2 my point which I think I lost???? Carajo.....mi voy! This is me.....any questions?
