Machinery eclipses nature, Life fails to continue

About Me

CLOUDS DISPERSE was formed in September 2005, the band consists of just two members, who create all the music by themselves. The band went straight into recording and piecing together their first release "Planet". The albums lyrics dive head first into a complex concept featuring many different themes, some of which include War, Religion, Binary oppositions and inner struggles on a mass scale.
This debut features 11 songs of melodic death metal. A bonus track was also recorded for this debut offering, this was a cover of the great In Flames song "Embody The Invisible" This gained them respect and new fans alike. Songs like "The Visit" and "Salvian's Plea" show an extreme melody to the band, with awesome leads and catchy riffs. But songs like "Hostillius Be Thy Name" and "And There Was War In Heaven" show the heavier, more extreme side of the band, with heavy, monstrous riffs and soaring death metal vocals that have recieved comparisions too the likes of Johan Hegg and the almighty Christian lvestam.
Upon completion of the first album, the band released the album in it's entirity on their website. You can download all 12 tracks and full artwork in one package or alternatively you can download each individual track. Click Here for the full download.
The band have wasted no time at all and have already started work on their second album "Revenge Of The Sun". Upon first hearing of the first song "Manipulating Mankind" it is clear the band are going for a heavier, more evil sound. With this new album the band hope to add a progressive element to their music and more complex song structures. Once again the lyrics revolve around a concept, this time the concept is alot closer to home, Mankind finds out their existance is the purpose of an alien controlled experiment. A most chilling and thought provoking concept inspired by the expieriences of John Lear. Here is the official track listing for "Revenge Of The Sun"

02-Manipulating Mankind
03-Soul Catcher
04-An Occult Fracture
05-Humanity Leaps Into The Void

The band's fanbase grew with the release of "Planet", the band hope for the same success with the release of "Revenge Of The Sun".

"These pictures you're looking at now are structures on the Moon. That's the tower in Sinus Medii and it's over seven miles tall. And that thing over there is what we call the Colossus of Oguram in Mare Crisium. We don't know what it does but the machine itself is bigger than Brooklyn, New York. Now those are videos of the domes covering the craters. As you can see, some are in a very advanced state of decay."
