We are the master of our own minds.Meditation PositionJust choose our most comfortable position without falling asleep. For beginners, the lotus position or the way Buddhist monks sit and meditate is most helpful. It will allow our kundalini energy move easily up to the heart and head energy centers. Remember to relax our body and mind and keep our eye lids closed while focusing on our 3rd eye. Breathing control can sometimes to be used for better concentration.Observe and be AWARE Just watch and be aware of everything we see while we are meditating and focusing on our 3rd eye. Observe and be aware of the breathing pattern, heart beats, and sensations of the physical body during and after meditation. Don't try to judge, manipulate or suppress anything. Let it be. Just stay in a natural spontaneous total body RELAXATION state.Refuge within the HEART Look within our 3rd eye location or also known as your spiritual heart (your sacred space). At this sacred space almost all our feelings of insecurity, fear, glamour, hatred, and all the other worldly problems and sufferings will eventually dissolve and disappear. We are all, each and every one of us, connected to our ultimate source or creator. This is a heart to heart connection. After SELF REALIZATION, we will have joy, peace, freedom, no more fear, unconditional LOVE and wisdom. No two days will be the same anymore. Accept everything that happens to us (of course not repeatedly making the same mistakes over and over again), especially if it's beyond our control. However, do seek and be aware of the reasons or cause. Follow the flow of life without resisting and rejecting.4. Enjoy life and all kinds of surrounding nature (water, trees, wind, etc.). Share and help those in need. Always FEAR NOT! We are all IMMORTAL spiritually.5. Detachment. Assume yourself as an observer, watcher and witness to all that happens to you, around you and things we experience without attachment. Because all the worldly material experiences, accomplishments, possessions, power, status, fame and all kinds of pleasures are only temporary, impermanent, fleeting in a constant world of change. Every things created are non permanent and perishable. There's nothing we can actually possess and also nobody can possess us. Everything will be GONE! GONE! GONE! Everything remained only as just MEMORY. Finally, only your spiritual growth, spiritual evolution and spiritual attainment will always be yours forever even through your next life. Your spiritual accomplishment from this life will continue on your next life, so you don't have to start all over again. When we have any kind of attachment, we cannot liberate our souls when the time has come for our souls to leave our physical body.Our souls will be bounded by these attachments and continue to follow endless suffering by having to reincarnate again. As we have to solve all the lessons in each and every single life time, therefore many accumulating unsolved lessons from many life times are waiting to be solved. Every created thing must perish. Only the ABSOLUTE TRUTH exist and never perish and lasting and existing forever.6. Awareness. Try to be aware all the time of whatever we are doing, saying, thinking, happening to us and happening around us without attachment. Sin actually means that we missed out on something. We believe in only one real sin which is the failure to liberate your own soul when the time comes.7. Honesty and Sincerity. Be honest to yourself. Be who you are, what you are and where you are now. Avoid imitating others. Try to get rid of false glamour and pretentiousness. Keep your own uniqueness. Try to transcend from all kinds of conditioning.8. Be humble, kindful and respectful. Love yourself and be kind and respect yourself and do the same to others. We are all equal in divinity. Nobody is above or below anybody.9. Forgive and No Hate. To truly love there must be no hate at all. Always forgive those who betray or hurt you. Forget the past, but learn from it. Try your best in whatever you do. Live in NOW not the past. Every crisis or suffering is a good chance and opportunity to learn and evolve spiritually.10. Sharing and Cooperation. All of us (regardless of race, gender, religion, social status) have a heart to heart connection and ultimately to the source. We are all ONE (in heart). We are all equally children of SUPREME BEING ALMIGHTY.11. Energy conservation. Save your precious energy and only use it to focus on absolute reality and truth, such as your SELF REALIZATION. If we can pay more attention to SELF REALIZATION (more focus) our attainment will be faster and eventually body and soul full of LIGHT! Conserve your energy by avoiding too much attention to unreal, false, fear- based and negative matters and misinformation. Where ever your attention goes your energy goes there. Your thought will become your future reality. Everything is energy so conserve your precious energy and use for benevolent purpose.12. ABSOLUTE TRUTH (LOVE). The most powerful and greatest energy in the whole universe is UNCONDITIONAL UNIVERSAL LOVE. The whole universe was created out of love. We are all love incarnated. The creator is love. Love is the truth. Love is the absolute truth and everything else is relative. The absolute truth is never perishable.13. Keep an open mind and heart. Respect other's freedom to express, and other's unique experiences and knowledge. Beware of self interested, fear-based, dogmatic, distorted, misinformed, misguided and glamorous teachings, information, and materials. Try to know and see the whole picture. Always seek the truth. Follow and practice the truth everyday to set an example to others. Action is more powerful than words. Don't try to follow, possess or worship the teacher. But unfortunately many have still chosen to stay in the state of deep sleep, and ignoring their precious wholly spiritual realities and divine spark within their heart which is a gift from the ALMIGHTY SUPREME BEING long time ago.Because they are complacent (satisfying themselves) with non-permanent TOYS and with all kinds of constantly fleeting sensual pleasures.We have only limited free will. We only have free will to choose reality and freedom, and to reject false and conditioning.True Freedom means those who are totally free are those who has no bondage from all kinds of attachments (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual), conditioning and dogmas.Life is really joyful, beautiful and precious when we have awakened and realize who we really are, and what our real most important purpose and destiny is.We have lost our Original True Soul Nature which is peace, love, joy, freedom, fearless, selfless sharing and sisterhood and brotherhood service.Now only those who fully awake can recover these original true soul nature quality or become soul infused personality.Now we have an Extraordinary Great Time in the history of humankind. The new incoming energy (Age of Aquarius) is confronting the old outgoing energy (Age of Pisces). Our spiritual ancestors, elder sisters and brothers are returning to us on Earth.Nobody is able to escape and is exempt from this powerful energy transition period where cooperation, sharing and freedom and peace for humanity and heaven on earth will be brought in along with the new energy.Judgment day is now and here! Nobody, no authority or institution can give us true total freedom (LIBERATION OF THE SOUL AND SELF REALIZATION). Individually we have to do it ourselves through practice, meditation and our own experiences. This is the totally fair, just and equal absolute divine law! So we cannot buy, negotiate, manipulate by power, money, connections for our own soul liberation and self realization! Everybody equally have to follow this absolute law. Only our own individual persistent practice, meditation and effort will count! Always beware of other's misinformation and false teachings as well. Always use your own judgment!We can see everyday many people around the world continuously passing away especially those who are not ready to accept this new energy and change! They will come back after they are more prepared and better trained.It is like MOTHER EARTH is going to graduate from high school, and will go on to the higher university level soon. The high school is closing because high school learning has been completed by our MOTHER EARTH. Those who can't upgrade to the higher university level together with MOTHER EARTH will have to stay at the high school level. But because MOTHER EARTH is no longer at the high school level, those who need to return to the high school level will have to go to another high school level place.The main goal is to spiritualize all matters. So mother earth and those who are ready to accept or raise (upgrade) to this higher level (vibration and consciousness) will gradually and eventually experience heaven on earth. Exceptional and spontaneous awakening happens in high souls who have already attained certain higher consciousness level in their past life time.Signs and Symptoms of Awakening (Note: There are no fixed or standard criteria. Then we become ready for preparation by meditation, experiences, testing and service opportunity to take First Initiation.First Initiation - (also known as born again or second birth) Now attained control over our physical body (elementals in body).Second Initiation - control over emotional (elementals) body. Sometimes known as baptism.Third Initiation - (first true soul initiation) known as transfiguration or control over our mental (elementals) body. Everything we do without attachment is DIVINE.9. After Self Realization, we will know the difference between many true and false dogmas, teachings and information. The truth shall make us free! The truth will make us divine. Always use our discernment and wisdom to realize the difference between the truth and falseness.10. Whenever we are trying to misuse anything (control, manipulation, exploit and possessiveness) even the most divine will become destructive.Chapter 6 - More Guidance1. Please remember that the Kingdom of God is always only within each one of us individually, where all the original ultimate source and truth lies without any distortion, corruption, manipulation, disinformation and misguidance.2. Rapture. Nobody, no institution and no authority can come to us and deliver our own salvation (soul liberation). We must and have to do it ourselves and individually only through practice, meditation, experiences and transformation within.3. Only when we have attained Inner Spiritual Transformation and Higher Vibration and Consciousness, we will be able to transcend from all kinds of collective thoughts, conditioning, duality, dogmas, attachments (bondages) at all 4 levels, and then we will have salvation. No more endless cycle of reincarnation. This is the real meaning of Rapture. Please don't wait (do nothing for yourself) for your own liberation.4. Our final destiny, purpose of life and the goal of every human being is to attain soul liberation and higher and continuous consciousness (higher evolution level). As a group we will achieve the same eventually.5. Only through solitude and stillness with practice and experiences within are we able to enter the Kingdom of God.6. SIN means missing the true target, goal or purpose of being human.7. EVIL means trying to hinder, stop or lower our evolution process. This energy is the exact opposite of the all inclusive, unconditional, universal LOVE energy (also known as CHRIST energy). So anybody with this energy is considered an Anti-Christ person.9. Please finally remember that we reap what we sow (whatever energy we send out, the same equal energy will return to us). If we send love, love will come back!!!10. The Second Coming of Christ. Helping others for their soul liberation is also important. So hindering or stopping other' s soul liberation is the most Evil.3. Another very important way is keeping ourselves away from NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!4. Playing our parts individually or in groups by practicing and showing by example for sharing, cooperation, equality, brother and sisterhood, and peace.5. Contribute to humanity, all life on mother earth and mother earth for higher evolution by serving at any role we can.Fear not because we are never alone. During these 7 years, many existing old systems, dogmas, beliefs and life styles that are not benevolent or in harmony will collapse and change to New!Now is the time for Judgment Day and Second Coming of Christ as some would call it.We must choose ourselves and individually to accept and change to the new incoming benevolent and higher vibration energy (by our own free will). We must choose ourselves and individually towards soul liberation or stubbornly reject this new incoming energy which is more powerful than the old energy. You could reject by doing nothing and keep on living with the old energy that is fading faster and faster each day, and also be trapped and live in bondage. Short Story of Human Being. Approximately 18 millions years (earth time) ago, Solar Angels chose to perform the Great Sacrifice by descending to earth from paradise.They are known as the Fallen Angels. This is the first time human incarnation.We all have solar body created from the Sun therefore justifying that we are all Solar Angels incarnated into physical bodies.Solar Angels (souls) were created from Divine Spark (Monad or Spirit) of God.Therefore every person is the children of God (God incarnated). Everyone has all the potentials to eventually become like our parent (God).We are all the light (love) of God.2. Purposes of Incarnation on the Physical Plane.a. According to the master divine plan, souls have to recreate that original divinity (sparks of God) on the physical plane to spiritualize all matters gradually by the evolution (initiation) process.b. Because Higher Evolution Consciousness or Initiation can only be achieved by reincarnating on the physical plane.c.
