Welcome to the Focused myspace page. I know alot of band pages on here aren't run by any band members...good news this one is. If you have any questions or need me to be the middle man in contacting anyone else feel free to ask. In the years focused was together alot was accomplished. Taken from the live recording, Focused was to be used by God and for God. Focused was one of the originators of the spirit filled hardcore scene which still continues to this day. Focused was the second band on Tooth and Nail records and paved the way for many more spirit filled hardcore bands that followed. Two records were recorded "BOW" and "THE HOPE THAT LIES WITHIN", a cd with demo and live tracks "THE WHEELS OF PROGRESS 1992-1996" and three demos. Focused played countless shows and have been on three tours. There has been a few line up changes throughout the time focused was together with the sound a little different on each album. Which is a good thing i think. Listed in the band members area of this page are the names of all the members that have been in focused fron the beginning until the end. Everyone has contributed to the sound and style which made Focused what it was. Many friendships were made and many places were seen which are irreplaceable. Well this is a start to the history of the band, more to follow so keep checking back. Also check out the blog section for a free download of the three song demo we did in 2000. Its a rough copy but I figured there would be someone out there who would like to have it. Hopefully you will enjoy it.
