Well....I was born in October 1985 in County Wexford in the south-east of the Republic of Ireland. I have just finished my final year of a degree in Film studies at Kingston Uni, London. The most important things in my life are my friends and family, along with music, film and writing.
I have been obsessed with music for as long as i can remember and grew up in a family with a really strong musical background (mostly Irish traditional & classic rock). I play Guitar, Bass and Bodhran (an Irish Percussion instrument), and really love jammin' with anyone who wants to pick up an instrument.
Im also completely obsessed with Film and have made two original shorts and a documentary during my time at uni. There are many filmmakers who have had a huge influence on me but maybe the two that stand out most thus far are David Lynch and Darren Aronofsky. Aronofsky's 'Requiem for a Dream' and 'Pi', and Lynch's 'Blue Velvet' and 'Lost Highway' are four of my all time favourite films. I also espically love Roman Polanski's 'Chinatown', and Michel Gondry's 'Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind'.I love meeting open-minded, free-spirited people with a positive outlook on life. I love people who are passionate about something.. no matter what it is.. I really think that's important.
For me life is about experiencing as much as possible, through yourself, the world and other people, and hopefully making a mark somehow.. one of my greatest fears is to die anonymous.Anyways, basically im just a silly Irish Pirate/spudboy with colourful dreadies, lookin for a good time and seekin a smile from a stranger!
