I just love exploring reefs. It really bums me out that the reefs are dieing so fast!!! I have always loved boating, doesn't really matter the size (right ladies). I've had more memories from our canoe, but I just love yachting and everything on the water. Composing lyrics for songs; haven't been asked to write a masterpiece yet; and Writing Poetry. I have been published numerous times and have won several awards. I haven't written anything lately, as I'm addicted to the internet. That being said the internet is pretty interesting!! Music and movies are interesting to watch,but they can only be so interesting. My life has been pretty boring the past decade with moments of bliss getting easier and easier to miss. I didn't think I ever had fun in my younger years, but I have since realized everything back then was fun. Basketball just isn't the same since the crash. The same goes for football. College football is exciting to watch. I am slowly regaining my abilities, so hopefully I will soon get to do some of the activities I have missed for so long. No sex isn't one of them!!!! .. The girls in my life have always had to leave for one reason or the other, I'm still searching for someone I can rely on. I am a good man in search of a good woman basically. I have good genes, and I'm looking for that woman that completes me, or really looks good in her jeans. Pun fully intended!!! I am clearly another indecisive Libra, I can't decide on anything!!! But I have clearly decided on my love for green eyes and that has remained constant my entire life!! Well my love for green eyes probably started with my second grade teacher, who liked me so much she taught third grade so she could teach me again. I guess she thought I was special, well she had beautiful green eyes. I truly love complimentary colors as well, which means for me black hair with light eyes blue, green or gray, OR blonde hair with dark eyes. In all actuality, if the person fits with me like a glove it all doesn't matter. I have finally learned that so the wishlist I have just said is utter bullarky!!! I matured well, I mean I still could star on Beverly Hills 90210 with the rest of the 30's somethings, lol. But I do have one wrinkle, and I was waiting for it to give me startling clairvoyance, maybe a grand view of every single thing I did that was wrong in my life. I guess I did too many wrong things and broke something omnipresent. It never actually gave me anything, I still go crazy over a good body!!! I know that doesn't appear to have any maturity at all in the statement, but I am simply stating a fact. The girls with the killer bodies have been constantly reminded of their positive energy, but that will quickly be neutralized by negative vibes they send out. The girls that are drop dead gorgeous usually act like they don't care if you would drop dead. Come on ladies have a heart?? Plus all the professors say two negatives times each other equals a positive. I never could understand that, but I just took their word on it, and I don't know how exactly that corresponds to women, but it's law. Here's one of my laws, she has to be intelligent. My way of thinking is the more the better!! If you don't know what I'm talking about here there's no need to read further. But also there are no words to read further because I'm through with this part. But all in all I would like to meet some pic comments!!!
Music:
If you think my taste in women is varied, the variety in my musical taste will blow you away. EVERYTHING that has a beat, and gets me to my feet!!! I used to like Disco and dance, and then I used to like hard classical rock, then I liked New Wave Gothic beats, and now I've settled to like the variety in music from everywhere. I work at a music venue, and my tastes have even became more wide. You want names I'll give you names, James Blunt has a great voice, George Michael sounds great no matter how much of a freak he is. He was famous relatively young. We all know what that does to people. New Wave for me equals, Naked Eyes, New Order, the Smiths/Morrissey, the Cure, Depeche Mode, and the list goes on and on. My Mother has had relations with two seventies musicians, and I have listened to many hours of the seventies rock garden like, Led Zepplin, Van Halen, Rush, Ozzy, and that list is endless as well. You wouldn't think I had the time for soul music, but I do. Luther Vandross was good, Freddie Jackson was good. I even had time for some Spanish dance music, Selena was good, Ricky Martin, Thalia, Jennifer Lopez, and do I have to repeat it, the list is endless. I even had time to write some great raps, writing raps is more fun then writing poetry. Everybody I've said my raps to thought they were great, but I can't really talk as quick as I would want to. Well, I guess with gangster rap you don't really have to. But, I'm certainly no gangster, well I could be called the Mafia King, lol that is funny. If you are a person that needs help writing raps, I might be good at that. I'm good at writing pic comments!!!!
Movies:
I like romantic comedies, or just plain comedies. I used to always laugh, but since I have matured I hardly ever laugh. About Last Night they say is a comedy, but I end up misty eyed every time. I like the stand up movies, or just stand-up routines. I watch a lot of movies, you would think I could think of more to put down here. Maybe, I have seen too many movies and they all sort of ran together. Black comics are usually the better comics I think. Jewish comics are good also. With all the comedy I strive to put into my life you would think I would have more to type down, but I don't.....I write some awful funny pic comments from time to time!!!!
Television:
Comedies, both mature, or kinda sleazy. For example, I loved Married w/ Children lol, I liked Steinfeld whenever I caught it, I tried watching Fraiser, but I couldn't really appreciate it before it went over my head!! I like to stick with the 30 minute concept, the one hour shows require way too much commitment for a channel surfer like me. I am not looking for a women to like all the shows I like, now that would be redundant. Variety is the spice of life. I love the cable shows they usually are significantly better then the passion lacking, in other terms, cursing free network shows anyway. For instance, TLC or the Discovery channel are completely more interesting then those primetime soaps on the networks. Never found much use for them, but I have found use for pic comments!!!!
Books:
Not much of a reader, but I have read books besides my textbooks. All the books I read as a child are now movies. I'm still waiting for them to make the Hobbit movies, I'm sure Bilbo Baggins is expecting a call. That's why no one reads anymore, give a child a choice between reading the Chronicles of Narnia, which I did and was my favorite for many years, and watching the block buster movie the movie will always win. You might have a fascinating immagination, but it still shadows in comparison to those little bald producers.
Well, I am sorry for that sexist remark, but there are far more male geeks than female geeks. And the producers of those movies are usually geeks. Which says a lot of my geekness as a fan!! I think I may write a book of pic comments!!!! Rate my poem, Go here
Heroes:
Christopher Reeve and Dana Reeve, the world misses them. Well, an intellectual response would be something like Thomas Edison, or the inventors that are in my own family. They invented the corn husker. Not as necessary as the light bulb, but still something I have been proud of. But back to Edison like for one or two years there Edison had a new invention nearly everyday. That simply blows my mind!!!!! He had so many inventions that he should if he doesn't already have his own wing in the inventor's hall of fame. The great thinkers like the Greeks and Romans and the later rebirth were some persons I always looked up to. Some of my favorite quotes are:
