Band Members:BLUECHIPS BASKETBALL CLINICS “Pumping Life Into Our Youth One Shot at a Time.â€Mission Statement Our goal here at The BlueChips Basketball Clinic is to elevate the minds of our youth, by providing meaningful instruction and counseling. We believe the only way to get cooperation from a child is to be a leader and let them follow suit. We focus on teaching the proper basketball techniques, as well as, boosting your child’s confidence thru positive motivational techniques. We want your child to leave not only with more knowledge of life and basketball, but most of all, having had a great time!!!About The Clinic BlueChips Basketball Clinic was founded in Atlanta, GA as Back2Basics Basketball Clinic in 2005. The whole idea was to hold a clinic that was affordable to everyone, but still provides great instruction. Our staff consists of former high school and collegiate standouts, AAU and high school coaches dedicated to helping players achieve their potential within the sport. We make sure our participants not only understand the game, but have fun and learn at their own pace. The ratio of campers to coaches will be no more than 10:1. Each camper will get individual instruction, as well as, lots of team interaction and time with the ball in their hands. Participants are broken down into groups by age and skill level. Medical Supervision will be on-site. A Snack will be provided as well.$5 INCENTIVE PROGRAM We believe in making a way for players of all backgrounds to participate in our clinics. That’s why we started the $5 incentive program. With this program you will receive $5 for every child you refer to us, and if you sign up 5 or more of your child’s friends, then your child will be allowed to attend the clinic for FREE!!!CAMP AGENDA Registration Warm-Up Dribbling Basics Passing Basics Shooting Basics Defensive Basics Team Games All-Star Game Awards PresentationWHAT TO BRING Participants need only to bring themselves and a positive attitude. Make sure they wear the proper basketball attire!!!WE’LL PICK YOU UP!!! This privilege is for those who want their son or daughter to attend, but don’t have the means of transportation to get them to the gym. We will have a van come around early Saturday morning to pick up the players who qualify for this feature. Please do not try to abuse this feature if it is not sorely needed.SPONSOR A CHILD If you don’t have a child or you know a child that you would like to enroll in one of our clinics, you are able to sponsor a child. If you’d like to sponsor a child, visit our website or call us and we will make sure that a deserving player attends the camp with your donation.
