I love to stay fit! My appearance and overall health is important to me. I read about food and diet and follow strict eating habits for myself. I don't eat meat and will only buy organic food (everything else is just dead food!) I skateboard (longboard), snowboard and jog as much as I can. I love to be outdoors fishing, waterskiing and swimming. I grew up having a cottage and still spend a good portion of my summer out of the city. I grow food and put a lot of effort into my garden. I really enjoy the connection with nature.
I am looking for others to help me obtain my goals and people that I can learn from or they can learn from me. I find that the most interesting conversations that I have are with complete strangers. There is so much to talk about when everyone's view on the world is through their own eyes. I want to thank everybody for stopping by, and to let you know that I welcome any advertising you wish to post in "My Comments" section. I am using My Space for networking and would like to bring together all of those people working hard to change our direction. Without all of you our cities, our countries, and our world would be headed for disaster. It is comforting to know that there are others, like myself, wanting to create change. You must be the change you wish to see in the WORLD ~Mahatma Gandhi
I LOVE to dance to House, Trance, Break-Beats, Jungle & Hip-Hop "Work like you don't need the money, Love like you have never been hurt, Dance like nobody's watching."
Favourite night is "Ultimate Fight" night! UFC reality I never miss! I also watch TLC for any documentary. Almost forgot about America's Next Top Model, 24, Daily Show, The Cobert Report, Conan O'Brien and "The Chapelle Show". Last, but not least, Simpsons and Family Guy:)
Tao. I always admired Asian culture and find their way of life and beliefs fascinating. Dr. Weil and his books on Health. I read books on the Environment and Sustainability. Most of all, on Exercise and Digestion.
All those who fight for what they believe in. Natural born Leaders, and the few people who will stand up for a cause even if it isn't popular. ..
"One reason we are in so much trouble is that our modern culture is paradoxically behind the times, still assessing the world the way it did in the nineteenth or even eighteenth centuries; as a place of inexhaustible resources, where man is at the pinnacle of creation, seperate from and more important than anything around him."
-David Suzuki
