About Me

Airman took flight in June 2004 when, following a chance meeting with British writer / producer Fraser T. Smith, three life-long friends playing in dead-end bands made the decision to get out of Copenhagen ...

Lead singer and guitar player Niles, nearing the end of a year long course in London studying vocals and guitar, was introduced to Smith following a guitar master class and the bands creative collaboration was complete. Having written their songs in a Monastery in Jutland under the influence of Waters, Buckley and Gallagher, the band then moved to London in April 2005 to commence recording with Smith.

Airman are gigging regularly and are booked by: Nigel Hassler and Sophie Saunders at Helter Skelter [email protected]
