Theres always that song that makes you stop and evaluate your sitation and be grateful cause it could be so much worse". Georgina is also the third oldest member of the CTW SINGERS. C.T.W. are the latest installment of a legacy of music dating back more than 75 years. With its roots in traditional gospel music and values, CTW Singers continues a spirited and soul felt musical relationship with God. The current group is made up of cousins, sisters and brothers â€“ the grandchildren of Deacon and Mrs. Lonnie Chambers Sr., who are the coordinators. Each member has been or is currently a member of the CPS All â€“ City Choirs. The group is privileged to have performed in various city sponsored events as well as churches across the mid-west, including St. Louis, Oklahoma City, Cincinnati, Charlotte, NC, and Houston, and for the last several years have blessed congregations at the Progressive National Baptist Convention. CTW has also shared the stage with other performers such as Albertina Walker, Jennifer Hudson, and Inez Andrews. Aside from singing Georgina decided to branch off into theatre. Throughout grammer school she performed in various plays but got her professional debut when casted in the Goodman Theatre's "Gospel At Colonus" which allowed her to work with T.C. Carson and gospel greats such as The Five Blind Boys, The Soul Stirrers, and Pops Staples. In 2004 she was casted as aunt Duke in Tony Stoltz's "Mahalia" starring Jennifer Hudson. Georgina is currently workin on writing and producing her own gospel play entittled 'When The Saints Go Marchin In' To Be Continued, God Is__________________________________________________________ _
