Timothy Smith

I am 35 years old and I am a solo artist, who creates multi-genre music. All of my influences, thrown into a big pot and stirred. Basically, if I like it and it sounds good, I am happy. I started off back in junior high and high school playing bass in several different hard rock/metal/punk bands. Later in life I discovered many different sytles of music, from classical to jazz to techno to the blues, which in turn changed my style of writing. For a while I was experimenting with my bass, guitar, and drum machine on my 8 track recorder. Then started getting into samples and loops, so I bought Acid Music 3.0. I started to find it very challenging to make different styles fit, and to not be so repetitive that the music gets boring. The samples and loops that I use are all royalty-free. I mostly got them from sites like loopasonic and audiogalaxy. I hope that you enjoy what you hear, I know it was fun making them, but also a lot of hard work. Enjoy!
