i consider myself a craftsmen, an artist, one who chooses hair as my medium .i like working wood, clay, leather, whatever! but hair...what a place to land, there is always someone present who is equally involved.i also like the idea of chipping away only what needs to be removed, which reveals the beautiful shape that is hiding in every head of locks! i get weary at the way we as people think about ourselves.we want to overcome insecurity by looking better. women beat themselves up emotionally because they dont look like the person on the cover of a magazine. they go to the hairstylist because they want editorial hair, or they have some small picture and say i want to look like this.i understand that sometimes we look at others and feel as if we fall short. the beauty of what i try and do is make people feel good about themselves.my work is 10% technique and 90% creativity.. i am content, but not complacent. satisfied, but not ready to sit back.i want what i'm suppose to have, and i want to be what god wants me to be!; MySpace Layouts @ HOT FreeLayouts.com MyHotComments
