Twentysevenshots formed in the winter of 2003. Robbie returned from Seattle having fulfilled his lifelong dream of being a thrift store clerk, and Mike , Andy, and Nick wanted to start another band with long time friends. After countless practice spaces, star trek episodes, and aggravated assaults, we started to play on a regular basis. After going through such ingenious names as Feetless Beakless, and Total Segal we played our first show as Trainwreck. At that same show we changed our name to Twentysevenshots. With members from such amazingly forgettable bands as The Vaticants, Virus, and Viet 9 we exploded onto the scene like a fart through a blast-furnace. Touching on such ground-breaking, and cerebral lyrical topics like hating shitty jobs... and girls, we hope to inspire dorks everywhere.
