The band Naked was born in Chicago in 1996, tributing the music of Waukesha Wisconsin's BoDeans. The band was founded by Paul Wenzel, Brian Bentz and Glen Duncan. For a time they were a top Chicago draw and played sold out shows at HOB, Park West, Summerfest, Cubby Bear etc. In 1999 the band went on hiatus. 2003 brought the band back for a small sold out tour. After that there were several incarnations of Naked until 2006 when Bentz, Wenzel and Duncan joined Cliff Kuhlman and Mike Baltazar. The 2006 tour included stops in Milwaukee, Madison, Cleveland, Minneapolis and points in between. Naked will perform shows in the Chicago area including original works as well as the great BODEANS TRIBUTE SHOW that showcases the bands dynamic makeup.
