I've been in the restaurant industry on and off for over 18 years. I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit many cities around the world and experience their customs, language, food, fashion and visit their wonderful landmarks. If I only had more time to stay overseas I would, but bills have to be paid somehow and they just don't like waiting. I'm always open for new business possibilities... yes, some have good outcomes and others well, not so good. Interesting way to learn, build experience and character I would say.
