Mennen in Lafayette IN between Indy and Chicago. weapons of choice- Guitar, vocals, and some keys.the DopeNote fellas met while living in pittsburgh playing in a somewhat experimental folk funk and jazz influenced jam band called Parallel Road which in time evolved into the band The Roost, which at one point featured one of our dearest friends and supremely valued beatmaking accomplices DJ Cole Minor who has greatly influened, and is often times involved in our beat creation process.
