About Me

Welcome to Maya Ghost. Thank you for listening.

Original from Tokyo Japan, born into a musical and artistic family, I started playing piano, organ at the age of 5, by age 13 I went Synthesizer crazy, At 16, I was playing in lounges around Tokyo and did that for the next 5 years. Arriving in America, I enrolled music courses in college. It was there where I furthered my musical education in a variety of styles such as Jazz ensembles, Commercial music and Big Band. I have had the opportunity to work with established bands in Las vegas, worked 105.7FM smooth jazz Oasis, 108VFM R&B, Reggae events, Piano lounges, in studios, casinos, hotels, (Mirage, Stardust, Cannery, Four Seasons, Lake Las Vegas, shows,(musical, tribute show bands) teaching piano & keyboards at Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy. It has been my pleasure to perform with many talented musicians both young and old. 2006 August, I released "Hako A Box". I'm working on a couple more albums I wish to release in 2008.
