I am 37 years old, happily married, and live in Arlington, Tx. I have not worked for 5 years due to chronic tension and migraine headaches. I worked for American Airlines on 9/11. I was a Customer Service Manager at DFW Airport. I made it through the rough weeks and months after 9/11, surviving the big layoffs, however, after the Holiday travel season, my body gave out on me. I was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome due to 9/11, and it came out in the form of terrible headaches. I have not worked since.
Enough about that. Last year I took on an incredible endeavor. I walked 60 Miles in The Breast Cancer 3 Day. It was the most incredible experience of my life. I trained for months, and on October 27-29, 2006, I joined 2300 other people in the DFW Breast Cancer 3 Day! It was awesome!! I had such an incredible time, I am doing it again in 2007, not only in DFW, but also in The Twin Cities! It feels good to be doing something important after feeling so useless for five years.My husband , Clay, and I have been together for 12 years. We do not have kids and are not planning on having any. Just us and our animals! We have two greyhounds, Turbo and Blueline, and three cats, Alaska, Fairbanks, and Mozambique.I am outgoing and energetic. During my days, I enjoy going to the gym for Turbo Kick Boxing and Yoga, walking long distances(60 miles!), running(I just won my first 5K), shopping, seeing movies, reading, and playing with my animals!Myspace Graphics
