The Beneath is a six piece metal band hailing from Cincinnati, OH. They have been a staple in the local scene in Cincinnati for the past two years playing with acts such as Protest the Hero, Haste the Day, Between the Buried and Me, Project 86, etc. They released their first record, So Came The Decimation, in August of 2007. The Beneath blend heavy guitar-driven melodic metal with anthemic harmonized vocals from their two singers. After going through several member changes and various musical transformations they have begun working on their second album, a full length entitled "City of Light." Look for it on iTunes Late Summer!
