Hey, I’m Drew. Some of you, however, may know me by my middle name, Taki. My life is awesome. I’m so blessed. Right now God is blessing me in South Lake Tahoe, California. I love this place. My friends here are great. I don’t get sick here as much as I do elsewhere. The snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, slacklining, skiing, and more are SICK!!! And I really feel like God has called me to this place. The spiritual climate in the Sierra Nevada is one of the darkest in the nation. Washoe County, which is just a few miles from South Lake Tahoe, is the 3rd most unchurched county in the United States. Many refer to Tahoe as a “spiritual black holeâ€. I believe God has put me here (along with many other saints) to guide this region back to reconciliation and revival. I think I’m here for a long time.As for a job, I’m in a transition phase right now. I recently wrapped up jobs as a snowboard instructor and group home staff. Now I’m studying to become a realtor. I think I’m actually ready to settle into a career. It’s taken long enough!Did I mention that I’m blessed?
