Create Art for your Ears

About Me

I produce music. I engineer recordings of music. I love my job. I believe that every band has different needs when it comes to recording. There is always an appropriate tone for every instrument, for every voice. There is always an appropriate way of capturing the moment. I help the artist represent his/her musical and emotional vision; this is what makes your recording distinct. I enjoy the detail in music and recording. I love compression and my EMI Abbey Road Limiters. I love the sound of sunshine, its timeless. Just like a painter who may use many select tools to create an image that emotes and inspires, I use many select tools to create a recording with color, texture, and depth; a recording that represents your unique vision. I enjoy recordings that have a sense of space, be it dry to ambient and all between. With the right tools and an atmosphere where the artist feels comfortable, the creative possibilities are endless. At the Gallery of Carpet I aspire to inspire, and your recording is your art, as well as mine. "Are You Ready to Rock, I'm Ready to Roll!"- brianzieske
