About Me

Cellars Bloom (formerly Red Tuffy) is a Chicago-land rock band with a truly defined sound. At once visceral and intelligent, Cellars Bloom's songs offer something new upon each listen.

The band works a crafty angle that provides for somewhat uncoventional song structures. There's no lack of feeling, however, in the noise-infused passages that serve as sharp counterpoints to the autumnal sensuality of Cellars Bloom's melodicism.

FORMED in 2002 as RED TUFFY (changed to CELLARS BLOOM in 2007)

FOUNDING MEMBERS: Tish Cavanaugh (Farley) and Shawn Farley

CURRENT MEMBERS: Tish Farley, Jason Mathews, Aaron Hoefflicker, and Shawn Farley

FORMER MEMBERS: Larry Lutrick (drums), DJ Crofford (drums)

SOUND: melodic, noisy, visceral, atmospheric, autumnal, sensual, intense, bittersweet
