But it was all so far away, and so long ago . . .

About Me

I like to draw, if you can't tell. Some people seem to enjoy the things I come up with, others seem to tell me I've got a sick mind. Either way works for me.
I do a lot of artwork for horror magazines and tattoo ideas for people. If anyone is looking for anything in particular, let me know.

I like to read a lot, generally a lot on paranormal phenomenon, conspiracy, mysticism, and fiction. This bizarre mix often finds itself into my artwork in some way, shape or form. I enjoy listening to lots of different types of music, but mostly the stuff with a darker edge to it. I enjoy meeting up with friends and hanging out, generally at Ceremony on Saturday night (when I can make it out).

I did just publish my first book of pen and ink artwork, Landscapes of Hell, which can be purchased below. Anyone who has bought one, please let me know what you think. I'm always up to hearing any critical analysis on my work.

My Interests

Drawing, painting, listening to music, reading -- comics or books, writing, playing video games while under the influence/watching others play video games while I'm under the influence. Hanging out and talking with creative people with as sick a sense of humor as me.

I'd like to meet:

The Count Saint Germaine, so he could teach me all he's learned. Surprise me, I really don't mind. Anyone who wants to talk, anyone into anything I'm into, I don't care. I'm not picky. This is to meet people right? I've already met quite a few great people on here, I'm not going to turn the chance to meet more down. I wouldn't mind hearing from people I haven't seen in a while either, if they find me on here.

Music:

Blue Oyster Cult, The Dresden Dolls, Marilyn Manson, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Rob Zombie (or even if you want to go back, White Zombie), The Cure, The Cars, Mindless Self Indulgence, Nine Inch Nails, Iron Lung Corps, DJ? Acucrack, Boole, Assemblage 23, And One, Anthrax, Judas Priest, The Left Rights, Lords of Acid, Razed In Black, Apoptygma Berzerk, Combichrist, Dismantled, Ministry, Panzer AG, all sorts of that Industrial Noise!

Movies:

They're all good. I get a chuckle out of humor, a shock out of horror, and sometimes vice versa. Some of my favorites are Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas and the Hellraiser movies. I'm very open on movies. I took video stuff in college and can only admire a lot of what I see. But if you're talking true interest, I'm digging horror and comedy -- an indisputable pair. But I can really watch anything and take something away from it.

Television:

Family Guy, The Simpsons, Futurama, Home Movies, Are You Being Served?, Benny Hill (if you don't know, check it out, definitely one of the funniest shows of all time),Laurel & Hardy, The Three Stooges, A-Team, and hey! Remember Night Court? I love that if I get reruns of it. Seinfeld's funny stuff, too. I'm a pretty impartial viewer. If you want me to watch something I probably will enjoy it.

Books:

Neil Gaiman (American Gods, Sandman), Stephen King (Salem's Lot, Shining, damned near anything else), Clive Barker (Great And Secret Show, Damnation Game, Imajica, Hellraiser, etc.), Thomas Harris (Black Sunday, Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal), Jane Roberts (Seth Speaks, Nature of Personal Reality), Frank Miller (The Dark Knight Returns, Dark Knight Strikes Again, Sin City), Alan Moore (Watchmen, From Hell), Carlos Castaneda (The Teachings of Don Juan), Whitley Strieber (Communion, Transformation, Breakthrough, The Communion Letters, etc.), assorted classics such as Dracula, Frankenstien, short stories by Kafka, The Picture of Dorian Gray, philosophy by Nietzche, 1984. I'm a huge Edgar Allan Poe fan, I think we have a kinship through the years, and I'm not just talking about the rampant drinking. Anything I can find on paranormal experiences or events. Stuff from alien abductions to the voices of the dead coming through on tape recorders, I'm very interested in the unknown. There's tons more that I can't think of now, but hope I'll probably add later.

Heroes:

T. and that's Mr. T to you, sucka! And Gomez Addams because he's got such a great outlook on life.
