"It’s so nice to know that some of today’s punk bands aren’t into this Blink/Good Charlotte MTV faux punk shit. Canibal Cow is a punk band with old school thrash influences and they bring it from the get go. They get it. No fucking around thrash, the way it should be. Unpackaged Punk has all the attitude that punk rock should have. It’s anthemic in spots, “Volunteer Army,†and it’s just pure raw all throughout, “Heart Attack,†and “Necromicon.†I have enjoyed the hell out of Unpackaged Punk from the get go. I love the fact that the songs are fast, short, raw and easy to thrash to. Canibal Cow is a really good punk band with lots of promise. After listening to Unpackaged Punk, I will say that their live show is worth checking out. --Markus"

"Since it was spawned a few years ago, Canibal Cow has billed itself as Philadelphia's worst band. Even their fans hate them. "CANIBAL COW - A 4 PIECE SUPER HARDCORE PUNK BAND. THE THING I LIKED MOST ....THEIR HAIRSTYLES . DRAGON TAILS TO DINOSAUR CLUB TO A HUGE RED ROOSTER TAIL. THEY HAVE THE LOOK . NOW THE MUSIC......EVERY SONG SOUNDED THE SAME. VOCALS COULD NOT BE UNDERSTOOD AT ALL. THOUGH , I DID LIKE THE " YO , HO , HO " IN THE PIRATE SONG. BETWEEN SONGS THE " F " WORD WAS USED A 100 TIMES. THEY GOT POLITICAL ON GEORGE BUSH. I DIDN'T SEE WHERE THEY WERE GOING WITH THAT. I KNOW THIS MUSIC IS POPULAR FOR THE YOUNG KIDS TODAY. CERTAIN EXCERPTS , I DID TURN MY HEAD . THEY HAVE EXCELLENT SIGHT AND STAGE PRESENCE......BUT THE MUSIC MUST HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. NEED MORE PRACTICE."

Over the past 3 years Canibal Cow has been labeled a band : A Singer, One Guitarist, One Bassist, and a Drummer. People have mistaken the group as being "self righteous assholes". These people were correct. Canibal Cow's members are Pricks. They Drink and Drive. They talk shit on you behind your back and if you were shot in the head and dying they would point and laugh. They Brag a lot too.I would like to remind everyone about the importance of saving a band such as Canibal Cow. Emo is taking over. Pop Punk ( wow! ) now that is fun. Come to your senses children. WE don't want to listen to more bands proclaiming to be punk when in reality they are not.Every day Canibal Cow does battle with society's evils, constantly defending themselves and trying to explain to people why they choose to play the loud noise they like to call music. They live by a code, a rule, which keeps them in line the way nature intended. Every time you intoxicate yourself with music that isn't Canibal Cow, your body dies. The energy of youth, the fire in your eyes slowly burns out, you're old before your time. And the damage that will be done is irreversible, you cannot turn back the clock. Not only are you damaging your body, you're bowing down to the masses, you're part of the machine that is used to keep the populous under control. The system has chained you down, through your own ignorance you have let them win, your decaying body is defeated.So do us and yourselves a favor and download a Canibal Cow song.Also check out some other local bands with talent in the your area.
