Happiness for some is eating pancakes for the rest of one's life. But this is of course directly proportional to the amount of time left to live and, most importantly, the quality of the pancakes consumed.

My brother mocks my camera case. That's ok, I have this thing I do called Empty-The-Sugar-Bowl-Each-Time-I-Visit-His-House.
I have a confession: I *really* like chocolate. That's not a real problem though, is it?
Maybe what's more of a problem is my sometimes compulsive need to make the most time-consuming desserts ever from scratch.
Or is the problem the heroin addiction?
Or maybe it's constantly making sure that the tumbler in the bathroom doesn't have toothpaste smudges on the rim? (Note: it shattered into a billion pieces Tuesday morning 02/27/07. Not a problem anymore now, is it.)
But I don't actually believe having 11 different kinds of cocoa in the pantry is the issue. If there isn't any elbow macaroni, dry kidney beans, craft glue, or gold spray paint in the house for the little gifts I like to make for my friends/house guests, now that's a problem.
A good trick is to fill your medicine cabinet with marbles. Nothing announces a nosey guest better than an avalanche of marbles hitting a porcelain sink. Plus you'll know which guest is a junkie whore or gutter hype, and you'll know what else to hide. Count your stash or remove the labels from your prescription bottles.
Be a dreamer. If you don't know how to dream, you're dead.
