What defines true hip-hop? Is it the beat, or the accompanying lyrics? Is it the message being relayed through each track? Or is it the way it makes you feel while taking it all in? ECOMOG, comprised of four individuals from Philadelphia look to change the way you view the genre.
ECOMOG has been quenching the thirst of hungry hip-hop fans for seven years. Attacking issues of social importance, they have gained the respect of the streets. Economically conscious and morally gifted, ECOMOG has risen above the standard of what is expected from hip-hop artists today.
The group consists of Entity, Epidemic, Confucius, and Shizz; 4 individuals that have perfected their craft whether it be lyricism, production, or engineering, aiming to bridge the gap between mainstream and the underground. ECOMOGâ€¦changing hip-hop.
