About Me

Vitamen A has been haunting the music scene since 1991. VA started out as a college band (Vitamin A) and changed many times until today. The core has stayed the same even though we changed the name to Vitamen in 2002. We have 2 albums as Vitamin A and one as Vitmamen A. VA toured the world, had a write up with picture in Billboard magazine, voted best band, best CD in the River Front Times and now are just kicking it for fun. VA is mostly original and some covers. We generally play what we feel. We have gone through many changes and this year we had somewhat of a reunion show with Dino English at the Shanti. The core has stayed close through the years and through the future. VA released 3 albums Silence Vitamin A 1994 Perplexed Vitamin A 1996 History of heroes Vitamen A 2002 The Vitamen A album History of Heroes was recorded in downtown Festus MO!
