Welcome to my space! How are ya? Good to see ya!

About Me

Well..... geesh... where to start... it's been a *really* interesting ride so far! First and foremost, I suppose, I am a musician. I love music obviously and have a wide range of tastes, from Debussy to Dream Theater. I appreciate talent in any genre. I am also a live sound audio engineer. Live as opposed to recording. Recording is a whole nuther world and when I'm in the studio I prefer to be composing or playing. My first instrument is piano/organ with guitar, I'd like to think, a close second. I also play drums and a bit of flute but I never met an instrument I didn't like. Currently I'm writing and recording with a beautiful young lady named Lori. ;-) She has a couple of poems at poetry.com and is a very talented lyricist! Recently I recorded keyboard parts for The Pirates' Magic Ship CD that's available at local (Florida) retail stores or at http://thepiratesnsb.com/. Billy Chapin, guitarist/songwiter/producer for the The Backstreet boys performed on one of the tracks as well as produced the CD. Billy is also on the board of governers of the Florida chapter of the Grammies. My son Sax (Saxon is his middle name. He's always been Sax to most everyone) played a "drunken" tromebone part on Trailer Trash Girls. Check it out! It's really cool! My good friend Walt Andrews of Steely Dan fame is also featured on the CD. Also recently released is a CD by Wakin' The Neighbors in which I performed on all 12 tracks as well as wrote the music for 6 songs and co-wrote on two more. www.wakintheneighbors.com is under construction. Sax plays tuba and tromebone .... go figure.... in HS band and plays bass guitar as well. He played on an orignal song for me in the studio last summer.... great kid! I've another son named Sean that I've not seen in a couple of years. He and his mom dissapeared off the face of the earth... maybe he'll see this. He's a great kid too. I love laughter... can't get enough! Can you? I started a computer repair business about 2 years ago and it's growing by baby steps but I can't complain as I'm really busy enough. Thanks for stoping by! Let's jam!!! :-)
