I am many different things.............
I am mom to Zachary and Lisa. Both are grown and no longer at home.
Zachary is 27, in the Air Force and stationed in Nevada. In November 2008 he will head back to South Korea. While I am somewhat sad, I smile when I think he will be close to his wife and daughter who are in PI. My granddaughter Camille will be four on September 25th of this year. Zachary last got to hold her when she turned one. He has had to watch his daughter grow up on webcam.
Lisa is 21 and in North Carolina for just a short time more. By the end of May 2008 she will be in AZ with Pete, and starting her new life. I will still miss her, but know that she too has grown up and must go on with her life as an adult. Sometimes being a mom is hard. You just have to have faith that you have done your best and that the kids will turn out the best that they can be. Lisa is now a mom too. I look forward to seeing my grandson. Nicholai Alexander someday. He was born on March 10, 2007.
I am a library assistant at the Columbus Public Library. I work full time in the children's department. Soon we will be starting the summer reading program. I am jazzed.
I am a poet. A major goal in my life is to be able to have a book of my poetry published. I will do it before I am no longer here. I also own an online bookstore, http://www.grammysbooks.com and I am trying to find the time to build my website at http://www.lilbitaeverthing.com and as if that all isn't enough..... I will be going back to school this fall to earn my Bachelors in Business.
I am momma to Svetlana. She is my 6 y/o Blue Healer mix dog. She is momma's girl and knows it.
I am now mom to Peanut as well she is a PomChi and will be one year old around Memorial Day. She is a sweet but spoiled little girl. I have Monty too. He is also a PomChi. Cute as shit and a personality to match. With a little luck they will have puppies this summer
