Born and raised in the slums of New Jersey, Youngface, as a child knew hip hop and entertainment was an insight to his future. Before he became a Rapper/entrepreneur/producer, he envisioned being one of the greatest legends of all times. Some of the most gifted artists known to date that has inspired him a great deal are Big daddy Kane, N.W.A, Black Sheep, 2pac, Nas, Notorious B.I.G, and Mase.
At the age of promiscuity, He found himself learning life's lessons from the neighborhood drug dealers and pimps. From there on he went left instead of the right way. Youngface went through his ups & downs just to name a few; one being the witness of his grandmother's death before his eyes and second his cousin's fatal car accident. Youngface himself faced a near death experience by being a passenger in a car accident. He was thrown through the windshield which left him with a permanent scar on his face. The incident led to the birth of 2Face.
With him being away from the streets for a couple months allowed him some time to get his mind right. He created a plan that would change his life forever. That plan was code HUSTLE. He came in the game "Hungry". He used his gift of gab to succeed. Lingering ideas of being a Rap Artist/entrepreneur still existed and made sense to him because it was a universal language like money. Whatever he felt as though it took to shine and make money he did.
Meanwhile during the uprising of Youngface, he moved on to throwing parties for famous names, producing his own mixtapes, songwriting, executive producing and directing his own reality show on Dvd. that featured Fabolous , Nas, Juelz Santana, Joe Buddens, Saigon and more which he push 10,000 units out the trunk. He has worked with a number of familiar names like D-Block, Roc-a-Fella, Gloria Velez, Cashmere, J.D. Williams (The Wire) and JuSt to name a few.
Also, he has been featured in various commercials for B.E.T, magazines, worldwide radio stations and music videos including his own Rock da Party. If you thought he was already too busy with music and entertainment he still had time to launch his clothing line Cherchaz which is a success internationally by itself.
Today, some say his talent is similar to the likes of Kanye West, 50 cent, Ma$e, & 2Pac with his witty flows , sick punch lines, humble but cocky attitude and the knowledge of the struggle written through his weapon of choice- his pen.
Last but not least a word to the wise, Youngface came in the game to help the music business and the people who thought they never could have a voice in hip hop. "I'm here to live and die and be the voice for the Unsigned Artists all over the world that did not get a chance to express their thoughts to the world"... Youngface
