shit with rhythm. shit with soul.anything from fats waller to al green, otis redding back to count basie. led zeppelin is a MUST. nick drake is my nucka. fletcher henderson i can groove to, and billie holiday soothes my soul. the bobs are constant companions (marley and dylan), but sometimes you gotta call on snoop and dre to get into some gangsta shit, cuz thats how i roll. chick webb, coldplay, they are up there too. g love is my sauce, but sometimes the buena vista social club spreads it on that much thicker. django reinhardt blows my mind on guitar, as does leo kottke, in completely different ways. jack johnson continually inspires, jolie holland is my boo. louis armstrong holds it down, marvin gaye is a pimp, as is ray charles. i fucking love modest mouse. oh and of course, lets not forget the sweet babymaking music of sam cooke, aka the motherfucking mack daddy.

i dont ever watch tv, but the TV shows that at one point or another were the shit and i did bother to watch, or that i now watch on dvd would probably consist of alias, family guy, simpsons, in living color, friends (fuck you i like that show), reno 911, chapelle show, and of course sweet valley high (i keed i keed).

the pioneers and innovators of the dance forms i dabble in and of course, this guy
