Myspace Layouts Thank you for taking the time to visit my page!! My name is Cheryl Insalaco I am a fitness coach and massage therapist in the San Fernando Valley. I have been training 10 years/a massage theapist for 5 years and love what I do for a living. I myself was overweight for many, many years and decided I was tired of being tired, out of shape, and unhappy with my body, mind & spirit. I have lost approx 120 lbs. (see before and after pictures) by changing my eating habits and incorporating fitness in my life. My success story has been published in The LA Times Health Section (May 1999), Fit Magazine (Oct 1999), Shape Magazine (Jan 2000), Ms. Fitness Magazine(winter 1999)& (Spring 2004 follow up story) It has been over 12 years since losing the weight, however my body is still changing as i countinue to incorporate fitness in my life on a weekly basis. There is no magic pill or spell for changing your life, however there are people that can assist you in that life change... Transformation comes from the inside out...If you can Believe it, you can Achieve it! My knowlege of training and nutrition has only expanded over the years and I continue to study/read/practice fitness. I HAVE TRAINED CLIENTS WITH MS, Fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, Diabetes, Sciatica, Arthritis, Obesity etc.... I train my clients in the Sherman Oaks/Studio City area in a private gym or I could train you in your home.
