Flaco aka Andy Enriquez was born August 16th, 1981 in Long Beach, CA.One year after his older brother and parents came via the Mariel Boat Lift in 1980.Even as a kid he was inspired by music of all genres. While other kids growing up were only listening to the rise of Hip Hop- Gangsta Rap era of the 80's and 90's, Flaco was also intrigued by personal favorites such as The Beatles, The Doors, The Temptations. Never limiting the ability to recognize true musical talent, Flaco was invisible to the streotypes of this world.At the age of 12 the family was forced to move to Tampa Bay, FL to pursue a better environment to live in. It was around the age of 15 when Flaco began to write and compose music. Entering tournaments for writers who write battle rap verses and are judged by story telling, structure and the best punchlines. Flaco was on his way to take his music to the next level with actual studio recording after expanding his skills in writing songs in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.Flaco had the support of his family and eventually constructed a profesional recording studio. Since the studio was completed after blood, sweat, tears. Flaco is now producing, composing and mixing down his own songs. Using technology standard in the music industry such as Pro Tools 7.0, Reason 3.0 and Sound Forge 8.0.At the current moment Flaco has just recorded his 1st single off his independent debut album titled "Explore My Versatility". The single is "Corazon Partido" and is written by Flaco and the instrumental was produced by Manchanical a local producer in Tampa Bay. The album fits perfect with the title since you will hear the versatility from Reggaeton to English/Spanish Hip Hop, Salsa to even Rock n' Roll.
