While a student, his training to oversee a competitve organization began as he acted as Vice President of the Student Council. This position allowed him the opportunity to establish strong leadership, negotiation and management, which he still exudes today.Not only is Rashaun skilled in computer technology, but also hair care management as well. He attended Cains Barber College prior to futhering his education at a post-secondary institution. He has been creating glamorized hair styles for over 20 years.ARashaun is an innovator and visionary, destined for greatness and success.
