About Me

A simple, happy, uncool, uncreative little curly haired girl who likes to cook crazy dishes for anyone who likes to eat. And since 1992, I have had this wonderful fantasy to open up my own little eatery called "Dish it Up Cafe." It's currently a work in progress (hopefully across the pond, but realistically in Chatanooga, TN).......

My Interests

FOOD, FOOD, AND MORE FOOD, Yoga, gardening, mountain biking, cross country skiing, swimming, running, hiking, traveling, riding horses, every building designed by Antonio Gaudi, Unicorns, waterfalls , rainbows and certified WINE / VODKA DRINKER!!
