I'm X Static. I am an announcer for the Bleeding Heartland Roller Girls in Bloomington, Indiana. Roller derby is the most exciting sports phenomenon to come around in decades, and I was lucky enough to get in on the ground floor, with the Mad Rollin' Dolls in Madison, Wisconsin. I did stats for the MRD for their first few seasons, then arrived back in my hometown, ready for a new derby challenge. BHRG is in its third season now, and a proud new member of the WFTDA, so get off your ass and get down to the City of Bloomington Sportsplex to see the home teams (The Farm Fatales and Slaughter Scouts) and the travel teams (the FLATLINERS and the all-new CODE BLUE ASSASSINS), mop up the track this season!
