About Me

I started playing bass at church when I was in middle school. I had no idea what I was doing, or that my love for music would take me this far. In High School, I decided I wanted to learn to read music, so I joined band. While there, I also picked up percussion. I am now a Music Major (bass and percussion performance) at Azusa Pacific University. My music may not be appealing to everyone, but it has meaning to me, and it is usually fairly challenging.

Influences: First and foremost God. Steven Baehr and tyler Smith (you guys have done so much to help me get here). Claudio Campadello, John Patitucci, Jaco Pastorius, Victor Wooten, Tower of Power, Incubus, The Mars Volta, Dream Theatre, Tommy Curse and Merlyn Kelly (Best college bassists I know...lol. Love you guys...not like that, Tommy).
Sounds Like: James Middleworth. (lol. what can I say...). Some stuff is like Jaco, or Claudio. Some other stuff is just wierd... (in a cool way).

So I decided to open this up to my percussion stuff too... hence the fact that the new song is a classical marimba piece. Just letting you know. :)
