About Me

HERE ARE THE 'U CAN'T TELL ME' LYRICS, THE NEW SONG BY MY NEW BAND THREE WORD CURSE!!!
Too long I’ve lived with your lies You’re right again with those eyes
You’re light can no longer shine Stop running the truth has arrived
Alive in all of your fright You ride with all of your might
And oh my nights are not the same now Won’t fall back down’s all I’m saying
Since you feel need to run and play It’s okay if you say so
No harm with you not stayin Sometimes just the price we’re payin
Emotions out of control Hold on and go with the flow
Can’t fight when things are so right Stop trying cuz we’re losing time
So what it’s not what we thought Wake up to get ourselves caught
Up in some pit of wallowing sadness Stake our claims we should be happy
But now what will we do when No one’s there to run and save us
Now is the time for action Never let our minds get taken
MY MIND MY LIFE U CAN'T TELL ME
MY MIND MY EYES U CAN'T TELL ME
MY MIND MY LIFE U CAN'T TELL ME
MY MIND MY EYES U CAN'T TELL ME
Think back to how I was blind Cared not that you were unkind
Wings spread we both took our flight Now glowing we light up the night
Not shy at all as we shine No fear of heights that we climb
Don’t look back too far for that now Harassed with past will win us no ground
Day is here no more delayin forget these games we’re playing
It’s all out on the table You would take if you were able
Now seem more happy at home Guess I feel better alone
Too hard to be sad in the sun Feels so wrong to have so much fun
Walls fell and now we expand At last our freedom’s at hand
Won’t let you return me to evil Now I’ve started to get lethal
Was all a wreck in disguise still could not help but be surprised
Last time that I get played out Too strong to get broke and distraught
MY MIND MY LIFE U CAN'T TELL ME
MY MIND MY EYES U CAN'T TELL ME
MY MIND MY LIFE U CAN'T TELL ME
MY MIND MY EYES U CAN'T TELL ME
NOW THEN, LIFE'S TOO DAMN SHORT AND DELICATE TO WASTE TIME ON NEGATIVITY, GRUDGES, AND PAST MISTAKES!

HERE'S A CLIP FROM THE TOO LONG NOW (LOL) UPCOMING DVD!!
I LOVE MUSIC SO MUCH THAT I MARRIED IT!! LITERALLY, ON JANUARY 17, 2005! CHECK OUT MY WEDDING RING.
I'M ALSO ONE OF THE FEW TRUE JESTERS, WEARING THE JESTER HAT EVERY DAY FOR OVER A DECADE NOW! EVERY DAY!!! If you've seen me anywhere, you've seen me with one of my 30 jester hats on, no doubt. Plus, I've even had a few custom made as well.
I've been on a stage since 1991, and I have been in FIVE different DETROIT area bands of my own; the rock/metal band SOOT, the funky, r&b, mainstream mix band MOON MADNESS, the blues band BIG B AND THE MAGIC BULLETS, the rock band with Joe Anthony SOCIAL FEVER, and the country band YEEHAW. I've also been known to sit in with some of Detroit's finest bands as well. One of my favorites would have to be 60 SECOND CRUSH since I've played a lot of shows with them, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice and SXSW in Austin, TX. There are MANY other bands I've performed and recorded with also, including a LOT of different cover bands as well.
I'm primarily a singer that plays harmonica, but I also play a mean and funky bass, a little guitar, and some percussion (Congas and Jembe's are my favorites). I'm trying to learn mandolin, saxophone, and would also like to learn fiddle and pedal steel guitar before it's all over. I actually was awarded the Rock Vocalist Award at the Detroit Music Awards in 2005, but have had NUMEROUS nominations with most of my bands as well, including Blues Vocalist, Harmonica Instrumentalist, and a few Outstanding Recording nominations.
I'm also a huge cartoon fan. I will be doing quite a few voices in a lot of different things very soon. I've done some voice matching and puppeteering for Detroit puppeteer, Ted, who IS 'THE GEPETTO FILES' for a few years too. That was quite an honor and I plan to work with them again VERY VERY SOON. ;) MUAH AH AH AHHHHHH
As of August 2007, I moved to Hollywood, CA to LIVE my musical dream and also to pursue this voiceover dream a little more, but more importantly to totally break away from the Automotive Industry. I was a CAD designer for 12 years. But, it's a miserable life when you're totally unhappy doing what you do every day to survive. There was NOTHING in Michigan that I wanted to do for money, except play music (which doesn't pay that well unless you're in a FULL TIME cover band). There are so many more opportunities in LA/Hollywood for any sort of entertainer. Plus, it's not snowing here for almost half the year!! LOL
To sum this up, I also like fish aquariums (especially saltwater), disc golf, cooking, karaoke, canoing, camping, hiking, biking, drawing, writing, astrology, cats, traveling, tractor rides with the family, costume parties, martial arts, Windsor Pilates, Bowflex, chanting, HOLLYWOOD and southern California, trees of Michigan, the mountains of West Virginia, the red rocks of Utah, and Venice Beach on Sundays. Of course, this is only the surface.

NOW, FINALLY, I would like to send out this video to all my close friends and if you watch, smile, and feel good you will know you're my friend. Now let's all go get stoned!
Last but surely not least, these two guys tried to fight for our personal freedom!! Guns were not the answer, but they became a great excuse. I read 'Burning Rainbow Farm' and it sure didn't have to end that way. I must say that BOTH sides were at fault though to a certain extent. Read the book. It's an eye opener that will scare you too. May they rest in PEACE!!

Movies:

I like all sorts of movies, but mostly ones with heavy special effects for the theaters. Fantasy, horror, action, and comedies are the ones I usually watch, but I'll watch a good drama or, dare I say, romance if Jenna wants to watch it. I must be seriously disturbed because one of my favorite movies of all time is House of a 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects. Others include Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Grudges, The Saws, Wrong Turn, Return of the Living Dead, 28 Days Later, Evil Dead 1 & 2, Army of Darkness, Jeepers Creepers, Dracula, Near Dark, Interview with a Vampire, Queen of the Damned, Van Helsing, Exorcist, The Howling, American Werewolf in London, Wolf, Dog Soldiers, Halloween/Nightmare on Elm Street/Friday the 13th movies are fun once in a while, Ghoulies, The Shining, The Hitcher, Scream, Pumpkinhead, Cujo, Salem's Lot, Children of the Corn, Dusk til Dawn, Fright Nights, The Lost Boys, Underworld, Wishmaster, Puppetmasters, Resident Evil, Trick or Treat, Old Abbott and Costello Movies, Starsky and Hutch, Animal, Duece Bigalow, Tommy Boy, Shallow Hal, School of Rock, Holiday, Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny, Blades Of Glory, Old School, Barber Shop, Friday, Dogma, Made, Swingers, Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, Anger Management, Longest Yard (both of them), Wild West, School Daze, I'm Gonna Git You Sucka, Do The Right Thing, Planes Trains and Automobiles, Nothing But Trouble, Stripes, Caddyshack, Kill Bills, Star Trek movies, Matrix series, Star Wars series, X-Men movies, Batman movies, Spiderman 2, Hellboy, Daredevil, The Punisher (not with Dolph), Heavy Metal, Rock and Rule, Finding Nemo, Shrek, Ice Age, Gangs of New York, Fight Club, The Last Samarai, The Last of the Mohicans, Dances With Wolves, The Patriot, Training Day, Enemy of the State, Conspiracy Theory, Lean On Me, Shawshank Redemption, American History X, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Game, ANYTHING that the Rock has acted in, Terminator series, Aliens movies, Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Oceans 11, Ghostbusters, Blazing Saddles, Rat Race, Cannonball Run, Smokey and the Bandits, Jackie Chan movies, LORD OF THE RINGS (OH MY GOD!), and probably quite a few more I've forgot for now.Oh, and watch for me to come out with some WICKED ideas one way or another that have been going through my mind for years, inspired by hardcore horror with a more 'common sense' attitude. You all know what I'm talking about too. Don't go in the damn house in Texas uninvited when your car is broke down kinda thing. BUT, I have a twist only I am willing to unleash on the world so sick and crazy my closest friends have cringed at the thought of me even thinking that way. Let me say Clive Barker at a young age probably had a lot to do with it. So, that all said, WATCH. (sinister smile)

Television:

I HAVEN'T WATCHED TV SINCE SEPTEMBER OF 2007!!! Crazy huh? Well, I also have never got so much accomplished either. Think of all the time you WASTE in front of the IDIOT BOX! It desensitizes us to our wasted lives that we lead every day at those jobs we HATE. It makes us forget what maybe shouldn't be forgotten. But, hey, if you can control the addiction and it's no more than entertainment once in a while then hurray for you, but I'm much happier without it.I miss a few shows though. I used to watch a lot of cartoons. Some of my favorites are FAMILY GUY, South Park, The Simpsons, Futurama, King Of The Hill, Samarai Jack, Batman, Batman Beyond, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, X-Men, Superman, Spiderman, Home Movies, and some other Adult Swim toons. I also watched some court TV shows once in a while like Judge Judy. Cops or Police Videos. Anything to do with the paranormal like Ghost Hunters, Most Haunted Places, etc. Blue Collar TV. Saturday Night Live. Mad TV. Mind of Mencia. Deal Or No Deal. It really all depended on when I was actually home to watch TV though. It also depended on if I was wasting my life on another 'trap', the PS2, or not, lol. Haven't done much of that either, but still like a good game of Guitar Hero or the classics once in a while.

Books:

Sanford Meisner's On Acting, How To Write A Movie In 21 Days, Lee Strasberg's A Dream Of Passion, Marine Reef Aquarium Handbook, Indoor Bonsai, Anne Rice's vampire chronicles, True History of Vampires, Dracula, The Talisman, Silver Bullet, The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, the Dragonlance chronicles, Encyclopedia and Practical Guide to Feng Shui, Mind of the Druid, Natural Magic, You Are Psychic, Dreams, Sexual Astrology, and Clive Barker's vast collection. Oops, almost forgot what should be mandatory reading, The Celestine Prophecy series. Let's not even get into the comics, but my favorite would have to be Todd McFarlane's Spawn series. Also, lately, I've been reading a LOT of material online about saltwater aquariums and everything to do with them. Plus, I do a lot of research about all sorts of things online now.

Heroes:

Anyone who saves lives for a living, fights for our freedom, or who lives their dreams! THANK YOU ALL!

And specifically, Melissa Cross

for her DVDs, "The Zen Of Screaming" AND "The Zen Of Screaming 2". Every SERIOUS minded extreme singer or any singer for that matter should check these out as soon as possible!

ALSO, would like to mention Kirk Perron, the founder of one of my favorite places,

I try to have at least one Jamba in place of a meal every day for at least 4 days out of the week. So far, I'm sure it's helped me in losing the 15 - 20 pounds I've lost since I've been in Hollywood. The POWER OF FRUIT!!
