TEXAS LOVE

I live my life one beer at a time. For that twelve ounces, I'm free. You know how they say everything is bigger in Texas? I'm living proof. I'm not small in stature, attitude, or straight up balls out insanity. As for the nickname, my real name is Jason, but Texas Love was affectionately given to me by two cute little Jersey girls I used to party with, wink wink. So I'm 30, and I've been living in Jersey City for nearly six years now. I grew up in Funkytown Ft Worth TX, where I played three sports in high school, kickboxed for ten years, and played in a number of bands around town. Then I went to the University of North Texas in Denton, TX where I partied like a maniac, consumed oceans of alcohol, and jammed with my buddies all day and night. I became a member of the oldest independent fraternity in the nation, the Alpha Chapter of the Brotherhood of Delta Lodge. Ever seen Animal House? Thats us basically. We throw an annual music festival each year called Fry Street Fair, and have had some of the biggest names in popular music show up to play for us. I moved here from Denton in March of 2002. In some of my pics is my old friend Greg, AKA Skins, my man on the drums. This guy was an animal on the skins, and a kick ass bro to party with. In all our pictures, either we're jamming or drinking or flipping each other off (international sign of peace, love, and mutual admiration). Lets see... I work for a major financial company just outside Manhattan (thats New York City for you slow people). Everyone wears slacks and dress clothes. I wear steel toe boots, and a chain wallet. I put quarters in my penny loafers. I'm a rebel. Or a pimp. I do have a couple nice suits to wear also. So I might be both, I dunno. .. I live for the weekends, where I can sleep in late, drink all day, shoot pool all night, jam out (if there's anyone available to jam with), listen to good tunes, and chase tail. Ok so it chases me, whats the difference really? I shoot pool in the Hudson County division of the APA, or American Poolplayers Assocation. Currently I'm one of the top ranked shooters on my team, and the rest of my crew ain't too shabby either. We drink, play loud fuckin music, and kick the shit out of people. On the pool table of course. Ok so I'm a little rough around the edges, but fuck it. I like to read a good book, especially one of those page turners that keeps you hanging on and never lets you put it down till you reach the back cover. I watch movies constantly. I was a film major in school, and so I have a love for all things cinematic, except for those stupid ass cookie-cutter, carbon copy teen or tween movies that are the same fuckin movie with different actors. I need something with a plot. Something I can engross myself in for two hours. Lord of the Rings has got to be the greatest movie series since the Holy Trilogy (the original Star Wars trilogy). I'm a bit of a sci-fi nerd. Don't like it? Fuck you. I dig that shit. I think it would be cool as hell to be able to step on a platform and wind up a million miles away in a matter of seconds. It's all about imagination. Some got it. Most of you however, don't. I sometimes like chick flicks, but only when I'm with a chick. Otherwise, save that for the ladies. I spend all my money on myself all the time. Do I care though? Not really. It used to be guitar strings and gear every other week, now its DVDs and books and guitar magazines and other assorted random shit I find appealing. Maybe if the mood strikes me right, I'll buy some flowers for that cutie I see at work every now and then. Or I'll buy her a drink at the bar. Or I'll order a round for me and my buddies. Jack Daniels is the nectar of the Gods!! Well that and beer. My favorite kind of beer you ask? Free and cold. Ok enough ranting, lets sum it up shall we? Basically I'm a sweetheart with the ladies, a kick ass bro with the fellas, and all around cool cat to hang out and enjoy a good time with. If this sounds interesting to you, hit me up...

I tell you something, I just love this page. All my favorite things on it. There isn't a single thing I can find on the internet that I can't put on this page. Except porn. But I think everyone knows I like that. Kinda obvious. As for the rest of the page? I like it. I hope everyone else enjoys it...
