Soccer (Grimm Roofus and I actually call it football if you're offended by the "S" word.) We both support FC Dallas, the nearest professional soccer club. I'm also a loyal Manchester United supporter. Grimm Roofus' support for Arsenal is slipping as Chelsea blue fills his vision. Don't worry, the Red Devils will soon crush and defile all his hopes and dreams.
-A starving artist that will work for peanuts. We need a new art guy or girl, preferably one that has good cartooning skills.-A starving model that will work for compliments. We need someone cute, sexy, hot, built, any or all of the above to pose in our t-shirts.
"Glory, Glory, MAN UNITED!"
If you're in Durant, OK check out my employee picks at the Movie House video store (Blockbuster and Movie Gallery suck, in case you didn't know.) For those that can't get there, my ultimate favorite film is Leon: The Professional. My favorite soccer/football related film is Victory. Victory beat out Bend it Like Beckham because it has Pele, Bobby Moore, a ton of other football greats and Michael Caine. If that's not enough, then you also get to see Stallone get his arm broken. Good stuff.
During the Premiership season, Saturdays are spent glued to Fox Soccer Channel. Please, someone help ESPN learn to do commentary. ABC and ESPN are hurting the World Cup. I sometimes switch to the spanish channel. Other than soccer: South Park, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, and Lost.
Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. Richard Matheson's Hellhouse and I am Legend.
Stephen King, Stan Lee, Hugh Hefner, Quintin Tarantino, David Beckham and if a hero can be half your age then I'll throw in Wayne Rooney. That kid is amazing.
