I also managed to catch (at The Amp ) one of only a few shows that King Snyder played last Summer('06). It was a scorching July(?) night and a standing room only crowd. We sweated our asses off for a kickass show.

I don't watch much TV anymore. I'm never home during primetime anyhow. Once I got a broadband internet connection, TV got really boring. I mean, you could sit in front of the TV flipping through the channels for hours and find nothing good, finally settling for something substandard or that you've seen before. Then you have to listen to all those morons trying to sell you their product. Have you ever gone out and bought something just because you saw a TV commercial? Maybe you have, but I haven't. People should find better places to spend their advertising dollars, cause I don't think TV is worth it. Besides, they're fucking up my viewing experience! But what really gets me is the drug companies. Sorry, but no I will not go ask my doctor!!! Save some cash, stop the commercials and maybe people who really need the medicine would be able to afford it, dumbass! Fuck TV. Witchblade, The dead Zone, Discovery Networks, History Channel, Headbanger's Ball, Rescue Me, Southpark, NASCAR, Speed Channel, The O'Reilly Factor, The SciFi Channel, OLN, King of the Hill...
Speaking of commercials...

The brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces who selflessly defend our country and answer the call of duty. These people deserve our support regardless of the politics that have placed them in harm's way. This goes for every man and woman who has served in any capacity past or present.------Also, the men and women of our Rescue, Fire and Police Departments acrossed this great nation. They too sacrifice themselves, sometimes to the death, to help others. We must never forget those who strive to provide the rest of us with the comfort and safety that we so freely enjoy. And all the friends and family of these men and women who help support them throughout their careers.
