An honest man's pillow is his peace of mind. - John Cougar Mellencamp

About Me

I don't particularly like people in general, but I get along. I'm married with children and not here for chicks. Mostly I like tweaking and repairing things. I'm always listening to music. I like waking up outdoors as long as I can remember how I got there. I enjoy casual bicycling and walking my dog. I like working on cars when I don't have to. I love water, but I don't swim well. I like to chat with people on the net about music and anything else we may have in common. I have a couple of guitars, but I haven't taken the time to learn to play them yet. Goth chicks, fitness babes and 50's pinups turn me on. I think the 50's retro scene is kinda cool too. I like peace and quiet except when I'm listening to my music. And then you'd better still be quiet, because I'm really listening, not just hearing it. I guess the same goes for everything else. If I'm doing something, be quiet! I must have ADD or something. I'm paranoid. I don't trust anyone. I think that's because I know what goes on in my own head so I can imagine what goes on in someone elses. I could be wrong, so I give people the benefit of a doubt once or twice, even though I'm still paranoid. I have a very vivid imagination. Just thinking about a situation gives me a clear picture in my head and all the emotions that may go along with it sometimes creep in. That's why I hate 'what if'. Especially if it's "what if (something really bad) happened?" I'm shy and very quiet until I feel comfortable with your presence. I hate when there are several conversations going on at once in the same room. I'll either stand there and be quiet til I think I can get a word in, or I'll just leave and find a quiet place. It also bugs me when everyone tries to talk at once and they just get louder and louder talking over each other. Shut up and take your turns! I try to be as honest as I can because it's just easier. I'm not a good liar at all. It's much easier to tell the truth. I'm not one of those people who thinks he's always right. In fact, it's very easy to get me doubting myself. I don't pretend to know things that I don't know, but I'll be glad to find out for you if I can. I like to help people as long as they're not coming to me because they're just too lazy to do things themselves. I do not like to be responsible for others because there's no telling what others might do. I take full responsibility for my own actions and don't try to weasle out of it. I don't like to be burdened with secrets. I have enough secrets of my own. I do not add MySpace Whores and please don't whore me out. I believe in God and his son, Jesus Christ, who was sacrificed on the cross for the sins of man and rose from the dead...so quit sending me all those damned chain letters asking me to pester everyone about it! Thank you and have a nice day : )

I also managed to catch (at The Amp ) one of only a few shows that King Snyder played last Summer('06). It was a scorching July(?) night and a standing room only crowd. We sweated our asses off for a kickass show.

Television:

I don't watch much TV anymore. I'm never home during primetime anyhow. Once I got a broadband internet connection, TV got really boring. I mean, you could sit in front of the TV flipping through the channels for hours and find nothing good, finally settling for something substandard or that you've seen before. Then you have to listen to all those morons trying to sell you their product. Have you ever gone out and bought something just because you saw a TV commercial? Maybe you have, but I haven't. People should find better places to spend their advertising dollars, cause I don't think TV is worth it. Besides, they're fucking up my viewing experience! But what really gets me is the drug companies. Sorry, but no I will not go ask my doctor!!! Save some cash, stop the commercials and maybe people who really need the medicine would be able to afford it, dumbass! Fuck TV. Witchblade, The dead Zone, Discovery Networks, History Channel, Headbanger's Ball, Rescue Me, Southpark, NASCAR, Speed Channel, The O'Reilly Factor, The SciFi Channel, OLN, King of the Hill...
Speaking of commercials... Funny shit! How many virgins?
